Cadbury and Kraft One Year On - Culture and Change
Recommend on Google+
This BBC video features an interview with Nick Bunker, the President of Kraft Foods UK & Ireland, who (perhaps unsurprisingly) is upbeat about the performance of Cadbury under the ownership of Kraft Foods…
More detail about the first year of Kraft’s ownership is provided in this article which, again, seems to indicate that the takeover of Cadbury has gone pretty smoothly. As the article reports:
“Overall, a year after the takeover not much seems to have changed at Cadbury plants in the Midlands. Most workers admit that it has been business as usual.”
