A tricky customer service problem - chicken nuggetts are off

No sound on this video clip, but sometimes actions speak louder than words…
This is an encounter that an employee had with an irate customer at a fast-food outlet in Toledo, Ohio. The customer was so frustrated that she couldn’t order chicken nuggets - because the restaurant was serving breakfast - that she attacked the member of staff. I’m not sure what kind of customer service training might have prevented this, but perhaps students will have some good ideas. Certainly raises some issues about health & safety at work
