I was in Starbucks in Manchester last week and overheard a staff member mentioning that she had been to Starbucks Coffee College. It turns out Coffee College was part of Starbucks’ staff training in the UK and, even better, there is a video that has just been made available on the Starbucks YouTube channel which shows the training in action…
